Article 1 – Prices

All prices are quoted in € and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
WAHM reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Article 2 – Payment

Payments are secured via Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment provider.
No card number is stored by WAHM.

Article 3 – Access to training

Access is :

• Immediate after payment
• Personal and non-transferable
• Unlimited time, unless otherwise indicated

Article 4 – Refund policy

In accordance with the Digital Content Directive :

• The right of withdrawal no longer applies once the content has been accessed.
• WAHM may offer an exceptional refund on a case-by-case basis.

Article 5 – Trainers’ Responsibilities

The trainers guarantee :

• The originality of their content
• Compliance with the law
• Absence of plagiarism or dangerous information

Article 6 – Termination

WAHM may suspend or terminate an account in the event of :

• fraudulent use
• non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions
• behaviour contrary to the interests of the platform

Article 7 – Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the company is registered (please complete).
