modifier les tarifs.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 2 \u2014 Paiement<\/h3>\n<p>Les paiements sont s\u00e9curis\u00e9s via : Stripe, PayPal ou tout autre prestataire.<br>Aucun num\u00e9ro de carte n\u2019est stock\u00e9 par WAHM.<\/p>\n<h3>Article 3 \u2014 Acc\u00e8s aux formations<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019acc\u00e8s est :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Imm\u00e9diat<\/strong> apr\u00e8s paiement<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personnel et non cessible<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Illimit\u00e9 dans le temps<\/strong>, sauf indication contraire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 4 \u2014 Politique de remboursement<\/h3>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi sur les contenus num\u00e9riques :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le droit de r\u00e9tractation ne s\u2019applique plus <em>apr\u00e8s l\u2019acc\u00e8s au contenu<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>WAHM peut proposer un remboursement exceptionnel au cas par cas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 5 \u2014 Responsabilit\u00e9s du formateur<\/h3>\n<p>Les formateurs garantissent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019originalit\u00e9 de leurs contenus<\/li>\n<li>Le respect de la loi<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019absence de plagiat ou d&rsquo;informations dangereuses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 6 \u2014 R\u00e9siliation<\/h3>\n<p>WAHM peut suspendre un compte en cas :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d\u2019usage frauduleux<\/li>\n<li>de non-respect des CGU<\/li>\n<li>de comportement contraire \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la plateforme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 7 \u2014 Loi applicable<\/h3>\n<p>Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions sont soumises au droit du pays o\u00f9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est
