3 &#8211; Access to training<\/h3>\n<p>Access is :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Immediate<\/strong> after payment<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal and non-transferable<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Unlimited time<\/strong>, unless otherwise indicated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 4 &#8211; Refund policy<\/h3>\n<p>In accordance with the Digital Content Directive :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The right of withdrawal no longer applies <em>once the content has been accessed<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>WAHM may offer an exceptional refund on a case-by-case basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 5 &#8211; Trainers\u2019 Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<p>The trainers guarantee :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The originality of their content<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with the law<\/li>\n<li>Absence of plagiarism or dangerous information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Article 6 &#8211; Termination<\/h3>\n<p>WAHM may suspend or terminate an account in the event of :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>fraudulent use<\/li>\n<li>non-compliance with the
